Rep. David N. Cicilline, a Democrat from Rhode Island, expressed his concerns about the Democratic Party’s continuing fixation with former President Donald Trump during an interview on Tuesday. He cautioned his colleagues that too much focus on Trump might not be beneficial to the party’s goals.
