U.S. military review disputes that Marines had Kabul bomber in sights

The U.S. military review has refuted claims that Marines had the suicide bomber who targeted the Kabul airport in their sights before the fatal attack on August 26, 2021. This contradicts earlier reports that suggested the Marines had the opportunity to take out the bomber but failed to do so.
