BitGo’s $100M Suit Against Galaxy Gets Green Light from Delaware Supreme Court

The Delaware Supreme Court gave BitGo the go ahead for its $100M lawsuit against Galaxy Digital. BitGo, a digital asset security and custody company, alleges that Galaxy Digital, a cryptocurrency investing and infrastructure firm, breached their contract by failing to pay $100M that was agreed upon in a contract.

The lawsuit started when Galaxy Digital claimed that it was not required to pay this amount because BitGo did not meet certain performance metrics specified in the contract. BitGo disagreed with this claim and took the
