Jamie Raskin, the chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform in the House of Representatives, and Rep. Hank Johnson, the chairman of the Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet, issued a subpoena to conservative activist Leonard Leo. The committee is probing if the Supreme Court was influenced by dark money. Leo, who had a big role in getting Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett confirmed to the Supreme Court, called the subpoena “politically motivated” and is refusing to comply.
